Sales and Events Coordinator
Our client is currently seeking a Sales and Events Coordinator to join their team on a full-time basis. The Sales and Events Coordinator will be responsible for responding to event proposals and converting leads to bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to event enquiries, send proposals, and upsell to boost revenue
- Follow up and conduct showrounds to convert leads into bookings
- Complete contracts and function sheets, coordinating with teams for smooth events
- Support planning and hosting of open evenings and promo events
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
- Bring relevant experience, strong communication, creativity, and attention to detail
Key Skills and Experience:
- Sales experience of at least 2 years in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality Industry
- Proven experience in conference, sales and event operations within a hospitality venue
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Customer focused team player with a positive demeanour and can-do attitude
- Good knowledge of OPERA is an advantage, but not essential
