They are now looking for an additional Installation Operative to join their team.
In this role you will be responsible for attending sites around the, Berkshire, Surrey, South Oxfordshire region, covering a roughly 2 hour radius from your home. You will be paired with a Supervise and assist them on site to ensure the equipment is successfully installed. The role requires you to work overtime and an on call rota meaning you will be doing a lot of hours during the week. However you are paid door 2 door for all travel, sleep time if called out overnight, and overtime rates for additional hours meaning your earnings are massively increased. You will work on sites covering the surrounding areas so will be required to travel, and occasionally staying overnight. You will form part of the team responsible for installing and operating a range of heavy mechanical equipment on construction, environmental and heavy industrial project sites. Given the nature of the industry the company are able to provide training on the specifics of their industry for the successful candidate however some mechanical understanding would be beneficial, as well as a CSCS card.
This is the perfect role for someone looking to work hard, but be rewarded for it through overtime pay.
