My client, a well-established organisation providing essential services, is looking for a Planner / Administrator to join their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer emails and phone calls with professionalism and efficiency
- Coordinating ongoing contracts and supporting key client relationships
- Managing quotations, prioritising requests, and issuing job completion certificates
- Preparing monthly spend reports and audits
- Raising accurate invoices and handling credit control
- Supporting accounts queries and diary audits
- Scheduling surveyor and team appointments
- Liaising with crews and updating clients on job progress
- Maintaining spreadsheets, commercial costings, and telecoms/iPad management
- Updating client lists and supporting ad-hoc admin tasks (e.g., SEO, social media, website updates)

- Administration experience
- Excellent time management skills
- A motivated, self-sufficient team player
- Excellent telephone manner and computer literacy
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Desirable – construction industry experience
