The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading the audit department, managing a portfolio of key clients, and contributing to the strategic development of the firm. You will work closely with Partners and senior leadership to deliver high-quality audits, nurture client relationships, and support the development of junior team members. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee a portfolio of audit clients across a range of sectors
- Manage, mentor, and support a team of audit professionals
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and professional standards
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Contribute to business development and strategic planning
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- Significant audit experience at a senior level within Practice
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and client relationship abilities
- Must have a minimum of 6 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
