With turnover having trebled in the last three years and now exceeding £100m, the business is entering its next phase of expansion - including active M&A.
This is a hands-on, high-impact opportunity to take ownership of the finance function and lead a talented team through continued transformation. The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting future acquisitions, including full involvement in due diligence, system migrations, and integration planning.
You'll work closely with a high-calibre CFO, shaping financial strategy, embedding controls, and driving improvements across process, reporting, and systems. The pace of growth requires someone with a strong technical foundation, commercial acumen, and the ability to operate confidently in a change-heavy, fast-paced environment.
Key Requirements:* Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)* Previous experience managing and developing teams* Background in larger businesses or complex group structures* Strong technical accounting knowledge and attention to detail* Exposure to private equity and audit leadership is highly advantageous
