Butler Rose Public Practice is delighted to be supporting a progressive, dynamic, and rapidly growing internet-based accountancy firm, serving clients across the UK and internationally. With a strong focus on property tax, there is a growing demand for our sought-after online accountancy services and customised property tax planning and business solutions..Role Requirements -
- Serve a diverse range of business entities including sole -traders, landlords
- Prepare tax returns for a wide range of clients.
- Prepare accounts for limited companies, sole traders, partnerships, landlords, and high-net-worth individuals.
- Assist with VAT returns.
- Produce schedules of income and expenses.
- Handle new client inquiries and liaise directly with clients.
- Perform tax computations.
- Undertake ad-hoc duties, including tax planning.
- Support business development efforts.
Person Requirements -
- 1+ years of accounting experience (preferred).
- Previous experience as an ex-HMRC Revenue officer or AAT qualifications are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, cloud software, and Excel.
- Excellent client-facing skills and ability to handle inquiries.
