SALARY: 27,000
LOCATION: Wombourne (office-based)

THE COMPANY:


Red Rock Consultants are recruiting on behalf of a Wombourne-based manufacturer that prides itself on delivering the highest level of customer service. This well-established business is now seeking a hardworking and conscientious Sales Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team.

WORKING HOURS:

  • 8:00am to 5:00pm or 8:30am to 5:30pm (with a 30-minute lunch break)
  • 3pm finish every Friday

DUTIES:

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and live chat enquiries
  • Process sales orders, job packs, invoices, and purchase orders
  • Track sales progress, chase outstanding paperwork, and update records
  • Support the sales team and designers with appointments and documentation
  • Liaise with directors and other departments on reporting and invoicing
  • Manage stationery, stock levels, and courier/postal requirements
  • Provide general administrative support across sales and estimation teams

THE CANDIDATE:

  • Previous experience as a Sales Administrator, ideally within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong Excel and general IT skills
  • Confident communicator with excellent people skills
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
