The Role:
You will be responsible for general building fabric maintenance andincluding PPM,s,minor plumbing ,carpentry, painting and decoratingetc,within a healthcare facility in Wolverhampton.
The Person:
It is essential that you have experience of working in a client facing maintenance role.
The normal working week is 40 hours, Monday to Friday 14.00- 22.00
The Salary:
Salary is30,720+ OT +25 days holiday and 3%/5% pensio
