We are excited to be recruiting for a Financial Analyst (Systems and Transformation) role within a forward-thinking organisation. This is a unique opportunity to join a specialist team dedicated to improving finance processes, developing systems, and enhancing business intelligence across the organisation.

The key duties of this Financial Analyst (Systems & Transformation) are as follows:

  • Lead on the development and optimisation of the finance planning and budgeting system (PBCS).
  • Work closely with Finance Business Partners to identify system requirements and improvements.
  • Create and manage Power BI dashboards, particularly KPI reporting, expanding across different directorates.
  • Identify and drive process improvement opportunities across the finance function.
  • Support system users (mainly within finance) through system administration, troubleshooting, and development.
  • Contribute to broader transformation projects and business change initiatives.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Passed the first level of their CCAB / CIMA qualification and be actively studying.
  • Previous experience as a Finance Analyst, Systems Accountant, or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience in system administration and development (ideally)
  • Proven ability to create and maintain dashboards in Power BI (ideally).
  • A strong track record of driving process improvements, enhancing efficiencies, or leading transformation initiatives.
  • A proactive, change-driven attitude with the confidence to suggest and deliver new ideas.
