- Lead Export Project Execution: Manage end-to-end planning, coordination, and delivery of complex export projects, aligning with customer expectations and business goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate weekly meetings, drive alignment across departments, and resolve issues to maintain project momentum.
- Project Planning & Risk Management: Develop project plans and trackers, monitor risks and bottlenecks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main liaison for internal teams, customers, and international partners, ensuring clarity, alignment, and responsiveness throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support & Documentation: Assist with tender documentation, ensure regulatory and commercial compliance, and provide admin support to the Business Unit Manager – International Healthcare.
- Strong experience within project coordination/management experience in a Manufacturing environment or export, international sales, or technical product environments, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and engage senior stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of export logistics and documentation, including tender submissions, quotations, and compliance paperwork.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with attention to detail and confidence in managing multiple concurrent tasks across global time zones and cultures.
- Proven problem-solving ability and adaptability under pressure, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
