What You'll Do:
As a Grounds Maintenance Operative, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing outdoor areas. Your daily tasks will include:
- Operating ride-on mowers to ensure grass areas are neat and tidy.
- Performing routine maintenance tasks like weeding, pruning, and planting.
- Maintaining and properly storing all tools and equipment.
- Collaborating with team members to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard.
- Adhering to health and safety regulations on-site.
What We're Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A valid driving licence (essential for getting around our sites).
- Experience operating ride-on mowers.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to work hard.
- Good communication skills to work effectively in a team.
- A passion for maintaining outdoor environments and improving community spaces.
