Reporting directly to the MP&L Manager, you will be instrumental in providing effective and efficient purchasing strategies that directly contribute to the company's ability to meet its customer delivery commitments (OTIF). Proactively identify and implement cost-saving initiatives within the existing supplier network.

What You'll Bring:

Demonstrable experience as a Buyer, Senior Buyer, or Project Buyer within a manufacturing setting.
Exceptional negotiation abilities and a deep understanding of commercial agreements.
A strong grasp of manufacturing principles and practices.
The capacity to excel in a fast-paced environment.
A successful track record of purchasing a variety of materials, components, and parts.
Proficiency in Excel (intermediate to advanced).
