Day-to-day of the role:- Lead daily meetings with the Lettings team to drive performance and achieve KPIs.
- Coach and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and enjoyable work environment.
- Monitor and assess individual and team performance, including conducting one-to-one meetings.
- Focus on generating new and repeat business through effective relationship management with landlords and tenants.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and agree on new tenancies, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
- Maintain high compliance standards and manage business risks by adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential lettings at a Senior Negotiator level or higher.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and build trust with customers, suppliers, and team members.
- Strong business acumen with the capability to create and implement effective business plans.
- Knowledge of current legislation related to Residential Lettings.
- Excellent time management skills to handle high volume workloads.

- Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications, with strong IT skills.
