Day-to-day of the role:
  • Lead daily meetings with the Lettings team to drive performance and achieve KPIs.
  • Coach and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and enjoyable work environment.
  • Monitor and assess individual and team performance, including conducting one-to-one meetings.
  • Focus on generating new and repeat business through effective relationship management with landlords and tenants.
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and agree on new tenancies, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
  • Maintain high compliance standards and manage business risks by adhering to regulatory requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential lettings at a Senior Negotiator level or higher.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and build trust with customers, suppliers, and team members.
  • Strong business acumen with the capability to create and implement effective business plans.
  • Knowledge of current legislation related to Residential Lettings.
  • Excellent time management skills to handle high volume workloads.
  • Renowned for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications, with strong IT skills.
  • Attention to detail and a good telephone manner.
