The RoleYou will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with a focus on driving academic performance and pupil curiosity. The department is well-resourced, collaborative, and committed to continuous improvement. You’ll contribute to assessment, intervention, and curriculum planning, working closely with colleagues to ensure every pupil makes progress.The CandidateThis role would suit either an experienced teacher or a confident ECT ready to begin their career in a well-supported setting. You must hold UK QTS and have a sound understanding of the secondary science curriculum. Strong behaviour management and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils are essential.
