Your Role:

As a Support Worker, you will be at the forefront of providing person-centred care. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with daily living activities such as dressing, bathing, and meal preparation.
Promoting independence and by encouraging participation in social and recreational activities.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of the care you provide.
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the overall well-being of individuals.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Experience: A minimum of 6 months in a UK care home setting.
Certification: A valid manual handling certificate.
Flexibility: Availability for day, night, evening, and weekend shifts.
Eligibility: Right to work in the UK.
Travel: Willingness to work across various sites in Wolverhampton.
