First For Education are seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant who shares our belief that every student deserves an equal opportunity to learn and grow. Working across the special needs schools in Wolverhampton we have different needs for different schools so we can ensure you are matched with the right setting.

Responsibilities:
- Provide individualised support to students with diverse learning needs.
- Work with teachers to develop accessible lesson plans.
- Create an empowering environment that fosters student confidence and independence.
- Assist in tracking and reporting on student progress.
- What We're Looking For:
- Experience in education or a related field, especially with SEN students (preferred).
- A commitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable classroom environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- An empathetic, patient, and adaptable approach to teaching and supporting the students.
