- Aspire is seeking an experienced and passionate SEN Teacher to join a dedicated school focused on providing high-quality education for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and tailored lessons to students with a range of SEN.
* Assess, monitor, and track student progress and adapt teaching strategies as needed.
* Work collaboratively with the SENCO and other staff to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
* Provide a positive, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment.
* Support the development of social and emotional skills in students with SEN.
* Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - A must.
* Previous long-term teaching experience within both mainstream and SEN schools.
* Demonstrated experience working with students with a variety of SEN, including but not limited to Autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties.
* Strong understanding of SEN code of practice and the ability to differentiate teaching to meet diverse learning needs.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Desirable Skills:
* Experience working with students with physical disabilities or more complex needs.
* Additional SEN qualifications or training (e.g., Makaton, Team-Teach, ASD awareness).
