Job Title: Business Systems Manager
Location: Wolverhampton
Pay Rates: 35,000 - 40,000 (Dependent on experience)
Shift Patterns: Days (Early finish on a Friday)
Are you an ERP/MRP expert ready to take full ownership of a business-critical system in a fast-paced manufacturing environment?
We're looking for a highly capable ERP & MRP Systems Lead to join our client's team and take responsibility for the entire operation and development of an integrated ERP system - the digital backbone of our business.
This is not just a data-entry role - it's a hands-on, high-impact position where you will manage, optimise, and drive the performance of the system that controls materials, planning, manning, pricing, finance, routing, job cards, and more.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Own, run, and continuously improve the ERP/MRP system across the entire business.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of all system data, including materials, BOMs, routings, pricing, costing, manning and job cards.
- Support planning, production, finance, and procurement through reliable system outputs.
- Identify and correct data issues and streamline processes for better efficiency and traceability.
- Collaborate with department heads to align system workflows with operational needs.
- Lead system development initiatives, upgrades, or process changes.
- Deliver training and guidance to internal users and act as system champion across the business.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong experience working with ERP and MRP systems in a manufacturing environment.
- Deep understanding of Bills of Materials (BOMs), materials control, and production workflows.
- Sharp attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience owning or managing a complex ERP environment (end-to-end responsibility).
- Confident working across departments and communicating with all levels of the business.
