With a commitment to excellence and a passion for customer service, they are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Branch Administrator to join their team in Framlingham.

�? About the Role

As a Branch Administrator, you'll be at the heart of the branch's daily operations, providing vital administrative support to the Branch and Sales Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with both customers and colleagues.

?? Key Responsibilities
  • Provide PA support to the Branch and Sales Manager, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Manage incoming calls and operate the branch switchboard.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, delivering a warm and professional service.
  • Offer administrative support across departments as needed.
  • Prepare sales quotations, invoices, and delivery tickets with precision.
  • Perform daily cashiering duties and liaise with Head Office.
  • Maintain accurate records and regularly update the sales database.
  • Support the sales team during events and trade shows.
  • Conduct monthly stock checks on domestic items.
  • Promote clear and timely communication across the team.
  • Deliver a consistently professional and customer-focused service.
? What We're Looking For
  • Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
  • Ability to build rapport with individuals at all levels.
  • Discretion and reliability when handling confidential information.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • High accuracy in written and numerical work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Location: Framlingham, Suffolk
  • Hours: 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm (1-hour unpaid lunch)
  • Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
  • Start Date: Immediate (subject to notice period)
  • Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience + bonus
