Salary: 37,000 GBP

Charge for accommodation: 75 GBP per week

Workplace description: Behind its beautiful original 17th-century town-house faade, the hotel is a thoroughly 21st-century inn. The restaurant offers superb, award-winning cuisine, made with the finest, freshest seasonal produce available locally. Situated in the heart of Woodbridge, in East Suffolk.
Main duties and responsibilities: As Head Chef at this busy high-quality pub operation you will work closely with your Sous Chef in maintaining the already high standardsalong with team development, stock control, hygiene due diligence, menu development and driving the standards forward.
Key Skills: Ability to demonstrate kitchen skills to the highest level
A confident, self-motivated, driven and professional person
Excellent management skills and financial understanding
Welcoming personality
Essential criteria: You will come from a strong fresh food and volume background as well as being able to handle cooking to volume and managing a large team. A stable background is desired for this position.
