Your Role as Sous Chef

As Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef, helping to select dishes and support local suppliers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the kitchen team and ensuring all operations are carried out to the Head Chef's high standards.
  • Working with other chefs, providing clear and consistent direction to the wider team.
  • Effectively managing and leading the kitchen team in the absence of the Head Chef.
  • Bringing extensive culinary skills, knowledge, and confidence to the role.
