We are seeking a Technical Sales Support Advisor to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in providing technical expertise and support to our field sales team and customers, helping to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Develop and maintain in-depth technical knowledge of our products and services, including features, benefits, and applications.
  • Collaborate with field sales teams to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
  • Assist in the development of sales collateral, including technical datasheets and proposals.
  • Work directly with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with sales teams and customers.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tools is advantageous but not required.
  • A strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies is beneficial.
