We are inviting applications for the role of an Administrator to join our clients dedicated team. In this crucial position, you will support the Branch Manager and play a vital role in the efficient operation of our branch. This role demands excellent administrative skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.

Day-to-day Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the Personal Assistant to the Branch and Sales Manager.
  • Handle incoming calls and oversee the branch switchboard operations.
  • Act as the initial point of contact for customer queries.
  • Offer administrative assistance across various departments.
  • Prepare and manage sales quotations, invoices, and delivery tickets.
  • Perform daily cashiering tasks and coordinate with the Head Office.
  • Keep records up-to-date and manage data entry tasks.
  • Regularly update the sales database.
  • Assist the sales team during promotional events and trade shows.
  • Conduct monthly inventory checks on domestic supplies.
  • Facilitate clear and timely communication within the team.
  • Deliver consistently professional and customer-centric services.
