As a Ward Manager, you will:
- Lead and manage a team of 20 staff 60% HCA and 40% RMN
- Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to the nursing team.
- Oversee the highest standards of nursing care and maintain a safe ward environment.
- Ensure compliance with policies, statutory requirements, and quality standards.
- Manage clinical investigations, HR issues, and incident reporting.
- Engage with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.

- Annual salary of £48,000 - £53,000.
- Full-time, permanent role with 37.5 hours per week.
- Participation in an on-call rota, one week per month.

The ideal Ward Manager candidate will have:
- Experience as a Ward Manager with strong leadership skills.
- A background in acute or forensic services.
- Registration as a mental health nurse.
