Our client, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking a dedicated Ward Manager to join their team at a prestigious hospital with excellent transport links. As a Ward Manager, you will:
  • Lead and manage a team of 20 staff 60% HCA and 40% RMN
  • Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to the nursing team.
  • Oversee the highest standards of nursing care and maintain a safe ward environment.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, statutory requirements, and quality standards.
  • Manage clinical investigations, HR issues, and incident reporting.
  • Engage with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.

Package and Benefits:

  • Annual salary of £48,000 - £53,000.
  • Full-time, permanent role with 37.5 hours per week.
  • Participation in an on-call rota, one week per month.
