We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join our client, a growing and reputable property company based in Woodford that works the high-end market. Responsibilities for the role of a Sales Administrator:

  • Compile property details and upload them to online portals
  • Ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) ID regulations
  • Assist in the administrative support of the sales team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate communication between clients and the sales team, addressing inquiries promptly.
  • Prepare and process sales documentation, including contracts and agreements.
  • Assist in the organization of marketing materials and property listings.
  • Support the scheduling of viewings, meetings, and other sales-related activities
  • General ad-hoc administrative duties

Requirements for the role of a Sales Administrator:

  • Previous experience as a Sales Property Administrator
  • Basic knowledge of the property industry and local area would be helpful
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Passionate about a career in property 
  • Ability to work within a wider team as well as individually
