Job Opportunity: Machine Operator
Location: Spalding, Lincolnshire (PE12)
We're Hiring!
Join our clients team as a Machine Operator and play a key role in our production process.
Pay & Shift Details
Shift Pattern: 4 ON / 4 OFF (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
Pay Rate: 13.50 per hour once fully trained
Contract: Full-time only - Temp to Perm
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor machinery to ensure smooth production.
Perform routine checks and maintenance on equipment.
Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.
Complete production documentation accurately.
Work collaboratively with the team to meet production targets.
Identify and report any faults or issues promptly.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Machine Operator is essential.
Ability to work in a fast-paced factory environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Training
Full training will be provided to help you succeed in the role.
