Responsibilities
  • Conduct three welfare checks per shift, either in person or by phone, to ensure the well-being of the young people.
  • Document interactions with clients, noting their daily activities and any support provided.
  • Maintain a supportive environment without engaging in conflicts.
  • Utilize the lone worker device for safety and communication purposes.
  • Participate in a comprehensive induction program to understand the role and responsibilities fully.
