Chef de Partie Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and cooking dishes to a high standard as part of a talented kitchen team
  • Assisting in menu development and ensuring consistent quality in all dishes

  • Supporting junior chefs with training and development
  • Collaborating with the Head Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Managing stock levels and assisting with ordering supplies
