Welcome to Brothertons Brasserie, an independent 100-cover Italian restaurant tucked away in the charming market town of Woodstock, just a stones throw from Blenheim Palace. Our 18th-century building has stories to tell its full of warmth, quirks, and a legacy of great food. Since the 1990s, weve been serving up Italian bistro classics using the freshest local ingredients, with everything from pasta to pizza made lovingly.
Now, were on the lookout for a General Manager whos ready to take the reins and lead us into our next exciting chapter. This is a full-on leadership role with full autonomy our owner has other ventures, so this is your ship to captain.
Youll be:
- Running the show day-to-day, leading a team of 10 front-of-house legends and 5 kitchen pros.
- Delivering brilliant service and creating that welcoming, relaxed vibe our guests love.
- Keeping a close eye on the numbers from labour costs to KPIs.
- Playing a big part in growing the restaurant and shaping its future.
- Working around 45 hours a week yep, youll be right in the heart of the action.
