We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our client's growing team. The role is for a paraplanner or a financial administrator with a strong understanding of the sector, to support the Director's and be an essential part of the team. This role can be tailored to your level of experience and is available on a remote basis, with occasional in-office meetings in Northumberland. Part-time arrangements are welcome.Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and maintaining client files and financial plans
  • Research and analysis to support financial advice
  • Preparing suitability reports and recommendations
  • Liaising with clients, providers, and colleagues to ensure seamless service
  • Supporting the implementation of advice and ensuring compliance
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in financial services, ideally in a paraplanning or admin role
  • Strong understanding of pensions, investments, and protection products
  • Excellent communication, time management, and IT skills
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with a strong attention to detail
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., Diploma in Financial Planning) are a plus but not essential
