- Preparing and maintaining client files and financial plans
- Research and analysis to support financial advice
- Preparing suitability reports and recommendations
- Liaising with clients, providers, and colleagues to ensure seamless service
- Supporting the implementation of advice and ensuring compliance
- Proven experience in financial services, ideally in a paraplanning or admin role
- Strong understanding of pensions, investments, and protection products
- Excellent communication, time management, and IT skills
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with a strong attention to detail
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., Diploma in Financial Planning) are a plus but not essential
