My client, an Engineering company in Worcester (WR4), is seeking a Machine Operator - Deburre for an ongoing temporary contract that may lead to a permanent position.
The role requires working PM shifts from Monday to Thursday, 14:30 to 23:30, and Friday from 14:30 to 18:00.
Key responsibilities include following work instructions, hand finishing parts, using gauges and verniers, and operating grit and bead blasting machines.
Candidates should have previous experience with polishing fettling tools in the casting industry, good attention to detail, and strong IT skills, with inspection experience being preferred.
The pay rate for this position is £13 per hour plus a 20% shift allowance, and prior experience in a similar role is required.
