We're working with an established engineering business based in Worcester to recruit an Engineering Project Manager to take ownership of complex projects whilst managing resources, timelines and costs to ensure successful delivery. This is a varied and rewarding role, offering long-term career progression and involvement in exciting turnkey projects.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Planning, organising and managing complex engineering projects from start to finish
• Coordinating internal teams and third-party contractors
• Managing budgets, schedules and risk mitigation strategies
• Acting as main point of contact for customers and providing regular updates
• Tracking project milestones and ensuring timely invoicing
• Carrying out post-project reviews to evaluate performance and identify improvements
• Working across multiple departments to align project delivery with business goals
• Occasional travel and time spent on client sites as required

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience delivering technical or engineering-based projects
• Strong project planning, coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of CDM regulations is beneficial
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Relevant certifications such as IOSH, SMSTS or PRINCE2
• Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset
• Ideally educated to HNC/HND or degree level (or equivalent experience)
