Salary circa £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending upon experience.
As Engineering Project Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
? Initiate projects by conducting feasibility checks and outlining budgets, teams, and resources.
? Plan and organise project goals, roles, schedules, and timelines to meet client needs.
? Lead and motivate project teams, both internal and external stakeholders.
? Manage projects effectively, ensuring coordination, adherence to budgets, and on-time delivery.
? Monitor project progress and implement necessary changes throughout the process.
? Identify and manage risks to ensure timely project delivery.
? Keep clients informed of milestone timelines and facilitate payment processes.
? Report regularly to management and clients on project status.
? Close projects by evaluating successes and challenges for continuous improvement.
To be successful in the position of Engineering Project Manager, you will possess the following skills and experience:
