KM Recruitment is a specialist UK wide recruiter for the Skills and Employability sectors.Job Title: Business Development Executive / Lead GenerationLocation: Remote (there is also an option to be office based in Herefordshire)Salary: £27,000 + Bonus OTE £39kType: Full Time, PermanentWe're looking for a BDE / Lead Generator who’s ready to take charge of building a strong sales pipeline, within the commercial training sector, through cold calling, emails, social media, and strategic networking.Essential Criteria:
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in B2B sales, ideally within the training sector.
  • Proficiency in using CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar).
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven success in achieving or surpassing sales targets.
  • A consultative, customer-focused sales approach with a strong commitment to client satisfaction.
  • Confident working independently, and within a team.
Duties:
  • Identify and qualify new sales leads through a variety of methods – cold calling, emails, social medial and networking.
  • Work closely with the BDM’s to build a strong pipeline and ensure a streamlined handover of leads / scheduled appointments.
  • Researching new markets and businesses, speaking with key decision makers, to develop and maintain lasting relationships, promoting commercial training courses.
  • Maintain a CRM database.
  • Working to KPI’s based on leads generated, conversion rates and contacts.
