- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in B2B sales, ideally within the training sector.
- Proficiency in using CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar).
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven success in achieving or surpassing sales targets.
- A consultative, customer-focused sales approach with a strong commitment to client satisfaction.
- Confident working independently, and within a team.
- Identify and qualify new sales leads through a variety of methods – cold calling, emails, social medial and networking.
- Work closely with the BDM’s to build a strong pipeline and ensure a streamlined handover of leads / scheduled appointments.
- Researching new markets and businesses, speaking with key decision makers, to develop and maintain lasting relationships, promoting commercial training courses.
- Maintain a CRM database.
- Working to KPI’s based on leads generated, conversion rates and contacts.
