Treasury Analyst

Location: Worcester Salary: £40,000 - £50,000Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

The OpportunityOur client, a growing international organisation, is seeking a Treasury Analyst to join their central finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious finance professional to gain broad treasury experience in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.

The role will involve working closely with colleagues across finance, operations, and senior leadership, as well as liaising with external banking and finance partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor group-wide cash positions and prepare short- and medium-term cash-flow forecasts.

  • Support the day-to-day management of banking facilities, including funding arrangements and payments.

  • Assist with the administration of online banking platforms and corporate card systems.

  • Maintain inter-company loan records and support month-end reporting processes.

  • Prepare cash, debt, and liquidity reports for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Work collaboratively with finance teams across multiple regions to share information and best practices.

  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in treasury systems and processes.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Ideally a minimum of 3 year's experience in a finance, treasury, or cash management role.

  • Not essential - part or fully qualified with a recognised treasury or accountancy body (ACT, ACA, ACCA or CIMA)

  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.

  • Excellent communicator, confident working with colleagues at all levels and across cultures.

  • Positive, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach.
