We are on the lookout for enthusiastic and hands-on Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to join our dedicated team at a charming, independent 4-star hotel in Evesham. If you're passionate about food and drink, and thrive in delivering exceptional guest experiences, this is the perfect opportunity to showcase your skills and make a real impact!

You'll work closely with the Operations Manager, helping to lead the daily operations of our restaurant, bar, and events - ensuring our guests enjoy top-tier service whether they're dining in, attending a wedding, or hosting a business conference.

What You'll Be Doing:
* Supporting Daily Operations: Assist in managing the day-to-day running of the restaurant, bar and events, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
* Leading the Team: Take charge in leading the front-of-house team, supporting and motivating them to deliver outstanding service.
* Hands-On Approach: Be actively involved in serving guests, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring everything is up to scratch.
* Focusing on the Details: Pay attention to the small details that elevate the guest experience - from ensuring tables are set perfectly to offering personal touches during events.
* Team Development: Help develop and guide the team around you, contributing to a collaborative and positive working environment.
* Guest Engagement: Handle guest concerns or feedback professionally and with care, always aiming to resolve issues promptly and satisfactorily.
