We are looking for a skilled and proactive Manufacturing Engineer to join a high-performing engineering team.   • Optimize manufacturing processes for quality, efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Drive process control and capability to ensure reliable, repeatable production.
  • Apply Lean and industrial engineering tools (Kaizen, time studies, VSM, line balancing).
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, waste reduction, and first-time quality.
  • Support industrialization of new products including tooling, work instructions, and validation plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth design-to-production transitions using DFMA principles.
  • Implement and lead APQP, PPAP, and related readiness and approval processes.
  • Conduct structured problem-solving using RCA, 8D, and DMAIC methodologies.
  • Define and maintain routings, SOPs, and manufacturing documentation.
  • Design and validate tooling, fixtures, and gauging to enhance quality and repeatability.
  • Monitor performance metrics (yield, scrap, RFT, throughput) and drive data-led improvements.
  • Support technical training on processes, tools, and quality methods.
  • Contribute to capital investment projects including equipment upgrades and capacity expansion.
Manufacturing Engineer Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering within high-spec environments (e.g., machining, fabrication, assembly, or similar).
  • Worked in industries such as aerospace, defense, automotive, nuclear, marine 
  • Degree or HND in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or related Engineering field.
  • Strong knowledge of process capability (Cp, Cpk), SPC, and statistical validation tools.
  • Proven background in continuous improvement and Lean implementation.
  • Hands-on experience with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and 8D problem-solving.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and GD&T.
  • Skilled in documenting and optimizing complex manufacturing workflows.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to collaborate across technical and production teams.
