We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Behaviour Specialist to join our dynamic team in Worcestershire.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and apply behaviour management plans to support individual students and groups.
  • Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals to personalise support to individual student needs.
  • Observe, assess, and make any required modifications to behaviour strategies.
  • Conduct training sessions for staff on behaviour management techniques.
  • Provide 1:1 support in classrooms to assist students in overcoming behavioural challenges.

Requirements:

  • Enhanced DBS check is essential.
  • Previous experience working with children or adults with additional needs.
  • A relevant teaching or educational psychology qualification required.
  • Proven ability to manage challenging behaviour effectively and sensitively.
  • Experience with trauma-informed practices is highly desirable.
