The Role
We're looking for a skilled, practical Handy Person / Maintenance Technician to handle day-to-day repairs and maintenance. This is a varied, hands-on role supporting properties, Airbnbs, and restaurants with everything from light refurbishments to essential fixes.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out general property maintenance and repairs.
- Handle basic plumbing, electrical, decorating, and tiling tasks.
- Maintain property presentation to a high standard.
- Manage your own workload across multiple local sites.
About You
- Proven experience in property or facilities maintenance.
- Skilled across multiple trades and practical problem-solving.
- Reliable, flexible, and able to work independently.
- Full UK driving licence required.
