  • Manage a team of 2
  • Site based responsible for all aspects of HR for approx 400 employees
  • Partner with leadership teams to drive HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
  • Support talent acquisition efforts, ensuring the organisation attracts and retains top talent.
  • Develop and implement policies to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Analyse HR data to identify trends and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career progression.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in all HR practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to manage organisational change effectively.
