Description
- Manage a team of 2
- Site based responsible for all aspects of HR for approx 400 employees
- Partner with leadership teams to drive HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Support talent acquisition efforts, ensuring the organisation attracts and retains top talent.
- Develop and implement policies to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Analyse HR data to identify trends and recommend actionable improvements.
- Lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career progression.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in all HR practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to manage organisational change effectively.
Profile
A successful HRBP should have:
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices, particularly within the FMCG sector.
- Experience in partnering with senior leaders to influence decision-making.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Proficiency in analysing HR metrics and presenting findings effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment like Manchester.
