Role Summary
The team is responsible for administrative tasks supporting the Senior Specialists who have responsibility for delivering a first class, right first time, service to our clients. The role includes extraction of data, updating spreadsheets, inputting data, and preparing voting reports. All work produced within this role is visible to our clients, their shareholders and in some instances the industry. A pro-active approach to risk management and process adherence is essential to enhance and maintain our performance and reputation.
Core Duties/Responsibilities
- Act independently, with support where necessary, ensuring senior members are kept up to date.
- Process adherence to pro-actively manage risk.
- Manage all tasks to agreed timeline, ensuring all activities are diarised in accordance with the agreed timetables, ensuring spreadsheets are kept up to date.
- Demonstrate your knowledge & skills when communicating with senior specialists.
- Provide the required information to support the Senior Specialists.
- Attention to detail required to compare output with previous reports, highlighting any concerns or discrepancies.
- Carry out a range of administration tasks.
- Working outside core hours may be required to ensure client deadlines are met during peak periods.
