Role: Business Development Manager
Location: East Worthing
Hours: Full Time
Pay: 28,000 - 30,000 per annum + uncapped commission (10% of everything billed, no threshold)
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Manager to join one of our longstanding clients, an exciting growing business within the IT hardware and telecoms industry, in East Worthing. The client has a 15m turnover and re-sells hardware to customers through their website and over the telephone.

The Requirements:
- Confident, consultative, and dynamic Sales professional
- Sales motivated and confident individual
- Natural flair for numbers and quick-thinking
- Ability to work closely with both customers and colleagues
- Ideally some experience selling within the IT, telecom or technology sector
The Role:
- Selling products to new and existing customers over the phone
- Utilising leads and selling services
- No cold calling - contacting repeat customers and advising bulk purchases for discounts
- Contacting over 14,000 existing customers who have not purchased in over a year
- Working within targets and achieving daily goals
- Following and maintaining the company sales procedure
- Maintaining the highest level of service towards clients and responding quickly to enquiries
