Working at the forefront of complex SAP landscapes, you'll drive technical excellence across diverse projects, lead innovation, and play a critical role in ensuring high-quality SAP solutions.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on SAP ABAP expert who enjoys leadership, complex problem-solving, and working within dynamic, cross-functional teams.
As an ABAP Technical Lead, you will:
• Provide leadership across SAP ABAP development, managing delivery across onshore and offshore teams.
• Design and deliver technical SAP solutions, specialising in BRF+, UI5, and Mass Activity developments.
• Own the development and delivery of WRICEF objects within an ECC6.0 PSCD system focused on Tax & Revenue Management.
• Promote best practices, technical innovation, and continuous improvement within the SAP technical community.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, functional consultants, and clients to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and support capability development within the SAP Delivery Centre.
The ideal ABAP Technical Lead will have:
• Extensive SAP ABAP development experience across complex SAP landscapes.
• Strong expertise in BRF+, WebDynpro, NetWeaver Gateway Services, ABAP Objects, and SAP Workflow.
• Experience working across SAP Tax & Revenue Management, HR, FI, and CRM modules.
• Knowledge of SAP UI technologies and Fiori application development.
• Leadership experience, managing technical teams and delivering projects to high standards.
• Exposure to SAP cloud platform integrations and emerging SAP development technologies.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work directly with clients and stakeholders.
