Are you an experienced motor trade professional looking to join a leading prestige brand? Our client, a highly respected main dealer, is seeking a Service Advisor to become a key part of their customer-focused team.

The Role
As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the crucial link between the workshop and our customers, providing a seamless and professional aftersales experience. Your day-to-day will include:
- Booking vehicles in for service and repair
- Advising on estimated costs, timescales, and any work needed
- Keeping customers informed and ensuring exceptional service at all times
- Liaising closely with technicians to ensure accurate job completion
What we’re looking for
- Motor trade experience is essential (main dealer background preferred)
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confidence with IT systems and admin processes
