The Role
This is a great opportunity to be part of a multi-faceted business offering a good mix of corporate and weddings/event facilities to clients.
Working as part of the senior management team with a large team of F&B supervisors and assistants reporting in, the F&B manager will take responsibility for the smooth delivery of service, operating at volume during peak times.
As Food & Beverage Manager you will be responsible for managing your team, ensuring rotas are inline with business levels as well as within payroll targets, managing stock & ordering and take a lead on H&S across the department. You will also act as Duty Manager across the business on a rota basis.
This role includes evenings and weekends and is based on a contracted week of 40 hours.
The Candidate
To be considered for this role candidates should come from a restaurant or events operational background and ideally have worked in large scale hotels or venues.
Candidates should be able to demonstrates their ability to deliver exceptional service standards through effective leadership of their team.
