What You'll Be Doing

- Organise and manage documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal communications
- Maintain up-to-date records and databases
- Assist with general office tasks to ensure efficiency
- Communicate with drivers, supporting with logistics and queries
What We're Looking For
- A proactive, organised, and detail-focused individual
- Confident using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Previous admin experience is great - but not essential!

Monday to Friday
- 6:00 - 2:00pm
- 8:00 - 4:00pm
- 2:00 - 10:00pm
