Mental Health Lawyer – North Wales / HybridAre you an experienced Mental Health Lawyer looking for a role where you can really make a difference and enjoy plenty of flexibility? My client is on the lookout for someone who’s passionate about supporting vulnerable individuals and ready to hit the ground running with a good amount of home working on offer.What you’ll be doing:
    • Giving clear, expert advice on mental health law – including detention, tribunals, and appeals
    • Representing clients at Mental Health Tribunals and Hospital Managers’ hearings
    • Preparing casework and making sure everything’s on time and on point
    • Working closely with professionals like psychiatrists and social workers to support clients’ rights
    • Staying up to date with changes in mental health law and policy
    • Supporting vulnerable clients with empathy, care, and professionalism
