Job Details:
- Pay: Up to £35,000 per annum
- Hours of Work: Monday to Friday on-site, 8.30am till 5.00pm
- Duration: Permanent
- Benefits: Enhanced pension
Job Role: As a Quality Coordinator, you will provide guidance, support and technical expertise to ensure that manufactured products meet applicable regulatory standards and guidelines. Working within a fast-paced environment, you will support the Quality Manager with daily tasks and administrate the Q-Pulse quality system. You’ll also handle customer quality queries and ensure effective internal communication with the management team.
Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a fast-paced manufacturing facility
- Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 (and ideally ISO 14001)
- Experience using quality management software (e.g., Q-Pulse or similar)
- Ability to manage: CAPAs, deviations, OFIs, non-conformances
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (graphs, analysis, reporting)
Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications
- Quality-related qualification: HNC / HND / Degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Science, or similar
- Lean / Six Sigma (Yellow or Green Belt)
