We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by performing various tasks related to the handling of goods. This position requires someone who is a team worker with an indate FLT Counterbalance licence
Duties
- Load and unload goods from lorries, ensuring safe handling and proper placement.
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing products to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Handle materials with care, ensuring they are stored correctly and efficiently within the warehouse and regular rotation of stock
- Using hand held scanners to book stock in and out
- Engage in heavy lifting as required, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Assisting with stock takes and other warehouse duties as requested
Skills
- Proficiency in loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently.
- Experience with materials handling and knowledge of warehouse operations.
- Forklift counterbalance certification is essential
- Physical capability to perform heavy lifting tasks consistently throughout the shift.
In return you can expect a basic salary of £26500 plus bonus and an extensive range of benefits working Monday - Friday with a 2pm finish on a Friday
